We would prefer that you e-mail us (see Contact Us), but if you want to call, please call (505) 243-7458 from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. We do not accept C.O.D. orders and we do not take International Orders at this time. Primohealth is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We charge tax on all orders shipped to our fellow New Mexicans! If you wish to pay with a Money Order, please e-mail us and we will e-mail you back as to how to do that.

Privacy Policy:

Our commitment to your privacy is absolute. At no time will we “share” any of your information, including your email address and credit card information, with anyone else. Period. You can order from us privately, safely and conveniently.

Return Policy:

Please e-mail us before you return anything to us – state your reason for wanting to return the item and we will e-mail you back!

If you have ordered the wrong item, you can return it, unopened, within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to include your original invoice from primohealth in the box and state which product you would like sent in exchange. If the product you want in exchange costs more than your original product, there will be charges; also shipping charges.

Unopened items that were damaged during shipping may be returned for exchange or refund. We absolutely cannot accept any returns of items that have been opened, unless the contents are spoiled. Be sure and e-mail us first!
