Years ago, we read that taking a liquid chlorophyll supplement after getting Rolfing or a massage would aid your body in removing the lactic acid that had been released, and would keep you from experiencing sore muscles. It was recommended by the mogul clinic doctor at Taos several years ago and I’ve been taking it for high altitude ski trips ever since, including trips to Chile. You start it several days before you leave and continue on while you’re skiing. I also recommended it to a group of friends who took it before and during a trip to Machu Picchu. CHLOROXYGEN FOR HEALING RASH FROM POISON IVY?!
Russ: I have had wonderful results with concentrated forms of chlorophyll. I know it sounds weird, but it really does work, as a preventive and as a boost to get rid of it faster when you already have it. I use Chloroxygen by Herbs Etc.
It has a million other benefits, as most things of this nature do. From what I understand, the way it works is that the chemical make-up of chlorophyll is identical to the hemoglobin in our blood, so when we ingest concentrated quantities of chlorophyll it super-oxygenates our blood. So I would guess that with poison ivy it helps alleviate and reduce recovery time by increasing the amount of oxygen available to the body helping your body flush out poison ivy asap. You can take it on a regular basis, it just makes your stools green. I have used it for other things like acclimatizing and also had strong results for that as well.
CHLOROPHYLL FOR BAD BREATH
I have tried so many things for bad breath and the only thing that I have seen any improvement with is the chlorella spirulina and chlorophyll supplements. It took a good 2 weeks before I saw any results at all and you need to take alot. I think that’s why some haven’t seen the results they wanted. I mean we all have different bodies and all but I swear by it now. For me chlorophyll and lots of it was the answer.
