You can order from us privately, safely and conveniently. We never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Shipping & Delivery

At this time, PrimoHealth ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.   IF YOU ARE IN CANADA AND WOULD LIKE TO ORDER, PLEASE CALL (505) 243-7458 TO OBTAIN SHIPPING COSTS.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We make every effort to ship products in a timely fashion and to charge fair and reasonable shipping costs.

Sales Tax

PrimoHealth charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Because we are located in New Mexico, we charge state sales tax on all orders made in New Mexico.

Return Policy

Please e-mail us before you return anything to us. State your reason for wanting to return the item and we will e-mail you back.

If you have ordered the wrong item, you can return it, unopened, within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to include your original invoice from PrimoHealth in the box and state which product you would like sent in exchange. If the product you want in exchange costs more than your original product, there will be charges; also shipping charges.

Unopened items that were damaged during shipping may be returned for exchange or refund. We absolutely cannot accept any returns of items that have been opened, unless the contents are spoiled. Be sure and e-mail us first at info@primohealth.com. If you prefer, you may call us at (505) 243-7458.

Miscellaneous

We do not accept C.O.D. orders and we do not take International Orders at this time. If you prefer to pay for your order with a Money Order, please e-mail us ( info@primohealth.com ) and we will e-mail you back as to how to do that. PrimoHealth is in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
